1. General

I, as a User of the ToGoTransfer.com platform, freely and voluntarily confirm my consent to the processing of my personal data (“Data”) by To Go Transfer FZ LLC (“Company”), its affiliates, authorized representatives, partners, and contractors acting on behalf of the Company.

2. Purposes of Processing

My Data may be processed for the following purposes:

registration and identification on the Platform;
provision and support of transfer booking services;
fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations;
communication with me (including service notifications and marketing messages, if I consent);
technical support and security;
analytics, service improvement, and protection of Company and User rights;
compliance with legal requirements (including KYC/AML and sanctions compliance).

3. Categories of Personal Data

The following categories of data may be processed:

name, nickname, date of birth;
contact details (phone, email);
identification data from documents (for verification, if required);
information provided during registration, booking, or service use (IP address, cookies, booking history, support requests, geolocation — with my consent);
any other information voluntarily provided when interacting with the Service.

Important: The Company does not process or store payment card details. All payments are handled exclusively by licensed payment providers in compliance with PCI DSS/PSD2 standards.

4. Processing Activities

I consent to the following actions with my Data: collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, use, transfer (including cross-border), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction — both automated and manual.
I acknowledge that automated decision-making (e.g., fraud detection systems) may be applied. I have the right to object to profiling.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

I agree that the Company may share my Data with:

Drivers/Carriers — only the information necessary to perform my bookings;
contractors providing technical, IT, and cloud support;
payment processors and telecom providers;
government authorities — where legally required;
affiliated companies of To Go Transfer FZ LLC.

Transfers may include cross-border processing, including outside the UAE and EU, provided adequate safeguards are applied.

6. Duration of Consent

This consent is valid for the entire period of my use of the Platform until revoked. I may withdraw my consent at any time by sending notice to info@togotransfer.com.
After withdrawal, processing will cease, except where retention is required by law. Certain data may be retained for up to 7 years for accounting, AML, or legal compliance purposes.

7. Data Subject Rights

I have been informed of my rights to:

receive information on the processing of my Data;
request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing;
object to processing and data transfers;
withdraw consent at any time;
data portability (in machine-readable format);
not be subject to automated decision-making without human involvement;
seek protection of my rights and file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority (e.g., EU DPA, UK ICO, UAE PDPL authority, or my local regulator).

8. Final Provisions

I confirm that I have read the Company’s Privacy Policy published at https://togotransfer.com and consent to the processing of my personal data under its terms.
