The ToGoTransfer.com platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Service") operates in accordance with the following documents and policies, which govern the use of services, relationships between users, carriers, and the operator, as well as principles for data processing and protection.

Registration and further use of the Platform signify the User’s (both Passenger and Carrier) full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained in these documents.

The most current versions of the documents are published on the website and in the Personal Accounts of users and carriers.

The Operator, To Go Transfer FZ LLC, reserves the right to make changes to documents and policies without prior notice to users. The new version is considered accepted from the moment of publication.

We strongly recommend that you carefully read each document before starting to use the Platform. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must refrain from further use of the Service.

These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancies between translations, the English version shall prevail.
