Many of our partners provide vehicles equipped to transport people with reduced mobility. When placing an order, select the 'Inclusive equipment' option or indicate your preferences in the comments.

Trained drivers

Drivers are informed about the standards of assistance for passengers with disabilities and are ready to provide the necessary support — assistance with boarding, alighting, luggage placement, etc.

Accompaniment and assistants

You can travel free of charge with an accompanying person or a certified guide dog. Just let us know during booking.
